Though I have seen this film before, I developed a new found love for it on my most recent viewing.
I’m not really a big vampire movie guy.
Did you ever have one of those nights where you and a couple of your friends make up a movie with endless, insane scenes? Sketches that you claim carry some sort of narrative, but that really isn’t evident once you’ve completed your conversation. Yeah, me too.
I have a follow-up question.
Did anyone ever give you the money to make that movie? No?
Don’t fret, Monster High proves it possible.
This time, I wanted to pick an older title, but not quite old enough to be considered “Classic”. Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer was released in 2007 and is a great little movie.
You may recall that during our Hellraiser episode, we mentioned that a new installment of the franchise was in production. Now, after seeing it, I can say that was a pretty fair assessment.
This week, I was lucky enough to get an early copy of Victor Crowley, the latest Adam Green film.
It’s hard for me to get into a lot of contemporary horror films. For the most part, big horror movie releases are just “jump-scare” fests or remakes. I’ve been meaning to watch Oculus for awhile now as I was very intrigued by the trailer. After finally seeing it, I can say that I wish I had sooner.
